Clone Editorials to Other Issues
You can clone an editorial from an issue to the same issue or a future issue. The reporting date must be the same as the selected issue or sometime in the future. You can choose to clone it to multiple issues. This way you don’t have to recreate the same article from scratch for each issue.
To clone an editorial, start by going to Production > Editorials, and run a search to find the editorial you wish to copy.
On the desired editorial, use the ellipses icon, and click the Clone Editorial button.
You can choose to clone the article into one or multiple issues.
The cloned article's due date will be the reporting date of the new issue.
If you already cloned an article, you will see the original article when you go to clone your new issue.
If you select the Occur on future issues box, the system will automatically create a new editorial for every issue added to the system for the selected publication. This option is useful for editorials that run each month.
