Gift with Purchase Promotion
Users can create gift with purchase and discount code promotions to utilize in the E-commerce storefront. Users can add discount codes with a fixed amount or percentage discount as well as product promotions like “buy one get another product” or “buy one get another product discounted”.
To implement these features, follow the steps outlined below:
To add a Promo Code, navigate to Settings > Ecommerce Setup > Promotions. Under the Promo Codes tab, click +Add Promo Code.
Fill in a name, code, type (fixed amount or percentage), amount, start date, end date, maximum number of uses, and maximum number of uses per customer.
Click save and the Promo Code will be ready to use in the storefront.
To add a Product Promo, navigate to Settings > Ecommerce Setup > Promotions.
Under the Product Promos tab, click + Add Product Promo. Fill in a discount name, type (buy one get another product or get another product discounted), eligible products, discounted product, discount amount if applicable, start date, end date, maximum number of uses, and maximum number of uses per customer.
Click save and the Product Promo will be ready to use in the storefront.
