Manage Files

If you are the project manager, an admin on the project, or have the ‘Edit All Projects’ user permission, you can attach files to a project in the files tab, via discussion, or on a task.  All files will show up in the files tab of the project.  You can choose to make files accessible to contacts associated with the project.

  • To add a file, go to the Files tab of the project and click Add File. In the pop-up, you can email the file to participants on the project, including users, contacts, and vendor contacts.

    • Files can be downloaded and deleted from this page.

  • Any file associated with a task or part of a project discussion will also show up in the files section.

    • If contacts are a part of a discussion, they will have access to view any files added to the thread.

  • Contacts and vendor contacts on the project can also upload files through the Client Center or Vendor Center.
