Activity Management
All your activities should be in one place. Manage to-dos, appointments, notes, calls, and emails, all from your new dashboard.
When you assign a call list to a user, the list will cycle through people to call. When a user makes a call and mark it as left a message, it keeps the person on the call list so a user can make a call back. The person will come back up on the list based on the number of days you enter into this configuration.
For example, if I call John Doe Monday and I want to reach back out on Wednesday, I should set this configuration to 2 days.
Determine how many days of inactivity are allowed before an account is added to the Accounts W/O Activity report. This report alerts the user of accounts that require an action. The system by default notifies a user if an account has had no activity within the past 30 days.
Allow users to edit call notes after the call is recorded.
Sales reps can request access to become a rep for companies in the system. When reps request access, you can approve the request using the Approval Queue widget.
By default, user have access to all widgets on their dashboard. You can enable this configuration if you want to set permissions for each widget. For example, you may want your sales team to see Contact and Sales widgets but not have access to Finance or Production widgets. Make sure to update the Widget permission for user roles and users after enabling this configuration.
The due date reminder sends an email to your users alerting them of a project task with an upcoming due date. If you set the value to 1, your users will get an email with all of their tasks that are due the next day. The email will contain a link to view the tasks.
