Auto-Send Artwork Reminders Based on Ticket Status
You can set a status to either send or not send automated artwork reminder emails. By default, a status created by user will send an automated reminder email. You will need to update any status you have already created.
Automated artwork reminder emails are not sent today if the status is or has been File Uploaded, Ad Arrived, Requested Pickup, Pickup Confirmed or Ticket Done.
You can update the system statuses under the the Settings > Tickets > Status Definitions.
Select Ad Tickets in the select ticket type drop down and click on show.
Edit any of the available statuses to change the artwork reminder email settings.
Any status created by the user will default to send the artwork reminder emails. You can turn off the setting.
