Auto-Send Artwork Reminders Based on Ticket Status

You can set a status to either send or not send automated artwork reminder emails.  By default, a status created by user will send an automated reminder email.  You will need to update any status you have already created.

  • Automated artwork reminder emails are not sent today if the status is or has been File Uploaded, Ad Arrived, Requested Pickup, Pickup Confirmed or Ticket Done.

  • You can update the system statuses under the the Settings > Tickets > Status Definitions.

  • Select Ad Tickets in the select ticket type drop down and click on show.

  • Edit any of the available statuses to change the artwork reminder email settings.

  • Any status created by the user will default to send the artwork reminder emails. You can turn off the setting.
