Sales Emails

The system can send an email notification to any user assigned to the Assignment & Notification or Additional Notification fields on a publication or product. This setting is more useful if you choose to have tickets created before finance approval, otherwise, you may send unnecessary notifications. The Finance Approval notification will alert any users that the pending tickets they are working on are now financed approved. To enable this feature, Settings > System Configurations > Sales > Emails, click the button next to 'yes' under Email Notification on Finance Approval.

Example email:

Choose which email template type you want to be sent out with your contracts. You can either use the General Order Email or the General Order Email with the signature link. The email with the signature link allows a user to click and sign an order.
The actual template sent will be your published sub-templates. You create a template for each Organization/Publisher in your system.

Notify all reps associated with a company when an order is approved. If this is not enabled, only the order rep will receive the notification.

The system will send an email notification when a Sales Proposal is approved or rejected by a customer.

The emails will send a thank you for ordering email when an order is approved by the client. You can send the email when all orders are client approved or only when the orders are approved by client signature through client center.

The system will send an email each evening with updates of sales contest to the participants. Users can also see contest updated with the contest widget.

The system will send an email when a user assigns another user as a primary or additional rep to a company.The email will include a link to the company if they are assigned to only one company.
The email can be triggered from the Company Search results page. If the user is assigned multiple accounts from the company search, they will receive an email with the number of accounts they were assigned.
The email can also be triggered from the edit sales rep action on the Company Details Page, the approval queue widget, and the Sales Rep Assignment report.

The system will send an email to your customer if they haven’t signed a pending order you already emailed to them. You should update the Pending Order Reminder email template, which is under Settings > Emails > Email Templates, before enabling this feature.

The number of days after you last sent a pending order to a customer before the system will wait to send a reminder email to your customer. If you only enter a single number here, the system will continue to send a reminder on the same cadence until the order is signed or you remove the order from the system. Adding a second number indicates to the system how many times you wish the reminder email to be sent. For example, if you enter “3,8” in this field, the system will send a reminder email every 3 days, 8 times and will stop after the eighth time.

The system will alert any reps who have a pending order that becomes oversold when the configuration is set to 'yes.' This configuration is most useful if you DO NOT count pending sales toward inventory. When enabled, a sales rep will receive an email with a link to an order(s) that have a line item that is no longer available. The notification is triggered when another order is marked as Finance Approved. To enable this feature, Settings > System Configurations > Sales > Emails, click the button next to 'yes' under Enable Print Ad, Digital Ad, and Slot Inventory Notifications.
