Login
The Login Report displays records of every time a user logs into the system, broken down by office. You can also filter the report by department. If a user has multiple logins in one day, there will be a record of each login displayed.
Before using this report, we recommend you have the following set up:
Offices
To access the report, you must have the User Permission ‘Login Report’
Report Search and Results
To run the report simply choose a week start date. You can also narrow down the results by department if you would like. The report will display a table for each office that fits the search results. If the users are not assigned to an office, then there will be an additional ‘no office assigned’ table. Each day of the week will display the login information for each user. For every time the user logged into the system, you will see a time stamp and ip address.
