HR
Gives a user access to the HR tab. Depending on your permissions in this section, this allows a user to access and interact with timesheets, employee expenses, and commissions.
Gives a user access to the PTO Scheduling page, where they can request and schedule paid time off.
Allows a user to approve and adjust users' paid time off.
Gives a user access to the User Reporting page, which shows hiring and termination dates.
Allows a user to view all timesheets, not just their own.
- Add/Edit All Users Timesheet Information
Allows a user to edit timesheet information for all users.
- Recode User Timesheet Report Entries
Allows a user to recode timesheet hours.
Ignore Timesheet Notes Requirement
When users have this permission, they will not be required to enter notes on their timesheets, regardless of if the system configuration Timesheet Notes Required is turned on or off. When the system configuration is enabled, any user without this permission will be required to add notes to each timesheet entry.
Gives users access to the HR > Employee Expenses page.
- Manager Approve Subordinate Expense Reports
Only visible if the Enable Two-Step Expense Sheet Approval system configuration is set to Yes, this permission gives users the ability to approve or decline expense reports at the manager level for users who report to them.
- View All Users
With this permission, you can view data for all users on the Employee Expenses report. Without the permission, you can only access expense reports for yourself and any users who report to you. This permission grants view-only access to the report. To perform actions on expense reports, review the other permissions in this section.
- Final Approve Expense Reports
Allows a user to approve or reject employee expense reports at the final HR approval level. If the system configuration Enable Two-Step Expense Sheet Approval is set to No, this is the only level of approval required for expense reports.
Allows a user to approve submitted user timesheets.
A user can add a manual commission amount for a sales rep. All other commission records are based on the user's commission model and plan.
Allows a user to close a commission period from the Sales Rep Commission Report; this permission is generally reserved for a finance manager or system admin. Commissions in a closed period can no longer be updated, and a closed period cannot be re-opened.
This permission is only applicable when the system configuration ‘Automated Commission Calculations’ is set to no. Contact our support team to change this setting.
Allows a user to process commission calculations from the Sales Rep Commission Report. Calculations will update the current commission period.
