Editorial Statuses Report
The Editorial Statuses Report breaks down editorial tickets by status, and lets you filter results by publication, issue, year, and creation date. The report also gives totals for the number of tickets and the total pages based on the search criteria.
Before using this report, we recommend you have the following set up:
To access the report, you must have the User Permission ‘Editorial Status Report’
Report Search and Results
To view results for this report, you need to enter an issue month, and a date for the field ‘Creation Date Prior To’, which by default is the current date. If you would like, you can choose to narrow down your results by year and publication. The data will be shown in a table format, and results will be displayed based on the status name.
The status names which show up on the report are determined by the statuses set on the editorial tickets that fit the search criteria. Any editorial tickets that do not have any status assigned will show up in the n/a status row. For each status name, you will see the number of editorial tickets that currently have that status assigned, as well as the number of pages for those tickets. The rows will be displayed in the colors that are set on the Ticket Status Definitions page. The table also shows the total number of editorial tickets, and the total number of pages.
