Single Use Credit Card

By default, a customers payment method will get saved for future use.  Your customer has the option to only use their payment method for a single transaction.

  • When a customer pays via client center or the payment link, the customer’s payment method will save in the system by default.  The customer can disable the card at a later time as long as it isn’t in use.

  • A customer can choose to not save the payment method when making a payment by unchecking the Save payment for future use option.  The payment method will not get stored in the system.

  • The system will process the payment. Your customer will not see the payment method in their account.

  • The processed payment will show the method in your reports.  You will not have a record of the credit card, which means you will not be able to refund the payment through the system.
