Report Search and Results
There are a few search fields in this report you can use to narrow down your results. You can filter the report by publication, subscription status, and issue and revenue date ranges. If you've chosen to search by a specific publication, then you can leverage the issue search field as well. There is also the choice to include or exclude both inactive contacts and inactive subscribers.
The report shows data in a table format, and is broken down by issue. For each issue displayed, you will see the issue’s publication and issue date, as well as data about the issue’s subscriptions. The table will show the number of comp subscriptions, paid subscriptions, and total subscriptions for each issue, as well as the revenue, external revenue, and estimated deferred revenue values.
When you click on an Issue name, you will be redirected to the Monthly Subscription Report, with the month, year, and publication fields automatically selected. This allows you to view more detailed information about that issue’s subscriptions.
The External Revenue column is estimated based on the number of subscriptions that were marked as externally invoiced.
