Company Management
You can search, view, and edit your companies in the app. You can view company details, contacts, orders, and activities.
You can only see the details of companies and contacts you have access to from within the App. If you are not the rep/owner or don't have a view all companies and contacts, you can see the name of the company/contact, but when you click on the record, you will be warned that you don't have access.
If your system has 'Rep Approve Queue' enabled you will have the option to request access to that company/contact.
Important
You can enable the Rep Approve Queue feature in your system configuration.
You will see the
next to any company/contact you don't have access.
After you requested access, the icon will go away. If you click on the company/contact again, you will see the notification that you already requested access and your request is pending.
The approval process all takes place within the desktop or tablet version. You will be notified the same way as if you requested from your laptop.
You will see the name of the company and the primary rep. If you don’t have permission to view the company, you won’t be able to view the details.
The Company details page includes the company type, publisher, market, primary contact, primary rep, address, and any dynamic attributes. You can click on the action menu to Add a Contact, Note, or Edit the Company.
