Sales Reports
The system has forty five sales reports to help you keep on top of your contract sales, ad sales, services sales, inventory, and activity data. We don't expect all users to need all 45 reports, but know you will find some that will be go to reports to help you make important business decision.
Below is a list of each report and a quick synopsis of the purpose of the report. We will add each report to the list and provide a more detailed breakdown as needed.
This report shows all contacts assigned to clients of yours that are missing important contact information.
All clients listed have not had a note, meeting or callback posted to their account in a period of time. You can use this report to quickly update contact records and create new mail and contact lists.
The reports show how many ads have sold based on size. You should use this report if you want to know how many number of page sizes you have sold, the APR, and how much each ad size is discounted. You can filter the report by year and publication.
The report shows the number of sales based on the ad frequency and quarter. Use this report if you want to know how much sales were made based on frequency and want to know how many pages your reps have sold in the current and previous quarter.
The report shows the sales based on delivery date or sold date for your customers over the course of 12 months. Use the report to see how much your customers have bought with you this year and compare it to the previous year. You can drill down from this report to see the details of what customer's purchased in the time period.
The report shows the sales number by issue month for reps. You can use this report to see how much your reps have sold for upcoming months for a publication(s) and compare it to the previous year to track your trends. You can also drill down to a snapshot report or the issue comparisons report.
The report shows sales by company, publication, and rep for the quarters based on the year selected. The report uses the sold date of of order. Use this report to track how much reps have sold in each quarter, no matter when those items will be delivered.
The Call Campaign Report requires you set up a Sales Campaign and Call Lists. You can use this report to see the number of calls placed by campaign and drill down to see activity by list and even by contact. Use this report to know how many calls your reps are making.
The Campaign Activity Report shows how well your Mail Merge and Drip Campaigns are performing based on Sales Campaigns. You must set up a Sales Campaign to leverage this report. Use this report if you want to track how many contacts are open/clicking your emails and see the number of other sales activities reps are recording to the contacts.
The report shows the total number of pages and value of ads sold by company category. You can compare across publications, timeframe, and rep. Use this report to see how well category sales are doing between publications.
The report shows all line items sales. You can include financial data and summarize the report. Use this report to get a detailed look at all sales for your business. You can also find all products purchased by a company over a range of time.
The reports shows the value of orders by sold date. There is both a contract and confirmed amount. Contract sales include pending order and confirmed are 100% order. You can schedule this report and have it sent to you on a daily, weekly, or monthly time period.
The report shows all slot and impressions in a period of time. You can use this report to track the sales value and the status of the line item for production.
The report will show contracts that are set to expire. The system uses the last issue or service date to determine when the contract will expire. You can use this report to reach out to your customers before their order runs out.
The report shows the sales numbers based on issue dates and services dates by week and month. The numbers are based on when items are delivered and not when they were sold. The sales are broken up by your customers.
The report shows you your forecasts and give you the ability to add and edit forecasts. Filter the report by rep and month. Use this report to quickly find your forecasts and make changes.
The report shows opportunities, proposals, and pending line items. You can see the opportunities, the confidence levels, and any activities your sales team has tied to the activities. Use this report to keep track of your pipeline and make sure your reps are working their activities.
The report shows you publications and service items goals, opportunities, pending sales, and booked sales. Use the report to see how well your team is tracking towards reaching their goals
The report will pull in inventory forecasting from your Google Ad Manager report so you can see if you have available impressions to sell. The impression numbers also show up when entering an order.
The report can show you customers who purchased a item in one issue but not another. Use this report to find customers who you were past advertisers that you don't currently have book in your upcoming issues. You can create lists from the date to create a call list or mail merge campaign.
The report shows revenue and goals by issue by rep. You can see the sales goals as well as the APR by rep. You can also compare one issue to another. You can use this report to compare issues from month to month or from the previous year.
The report shows you new leads and their status. You can set up lead statuses with different durations so you know your team is keeping in contact with leads within the proper interval. Once a contact is sold, their status will get marked as Sold and the contact is no longer considered an active lead.
The report shows all digital ad product sales in a period of time. You can use this report to track the sales value and the status of the line item for production.
The report shows you what inventory you have available. You can search by print positions ore digital ad frequencies. You will either see the number of available positions, an infinite symbol, or Sold, with a link to the sales report.
The report shows you your sales and goals by publications and compares it to the previous year. You can filter by publications and the issue date ranges. Use this report to find out how well you are tracking to achieving your publication goals in a time period and how it compares to previous years. You can drill down into more sales and goals date in the Sales Rep Goal Metrics report.
The report shows publication sales from for a year to its previous year. You can filter the report by selecting a starting month and year. Use this report to see yearly trades for all ad sales, or drill down by publication, category, and rep. You can drill down further by going to the annual issue sales report.
The report shows orders and line items there were deleted and the reasons for the removal. You will also see the value of the lost deals. Use this report to keep track of lost deals and order. you can also schedule the report so you receive it daily, weekly, or monthly.
The report shows you who is assigned to companies as the primary or secondary rep, and gives you the option to reassign accounts in bulk if there are companies with no sales.
The report shows how well your reps are tracking to their issue and service goals by month. You can breakdown the goals to the issue level or aggregate service goals to the category level. You need to set up your rep goals to use this report.
The report will show you how well your reps are doing at closing sales. It shows your reps and the number of activities they have made and the number of sales over a period of time. You can adjust the thresholds based on your expectations to know how many meetings and calls it takes to get a sale.
The report shows you service sales from this year to the previous year. You can filter the report by selecting a starting month and year. Use this report to see yearly trades for specific services, categories, and by rep.
The report shows all service product sales in a period of time. You can use this report to track the sales value and the status of the line item for production.
The report shows you what days for your slot products have sold and what is available. The slot product order form shows availability as well, but you can use this report to see pending sales and all product availability if you are working with a customer and not quite ready to enter an order.
The report shows all trade requests made by your users. Users can request trade usage from barter you have received from your customers.
