To run the report, you simply need to choose a commission year, but you can also narrow down the results by searching for a particular month or rep. The body of the report shows data about each commission item that has been overridden. The report shows the rep, company, and invoice number, as well as certain information about the item itself like issue and ad size. Both the company name and the invoice numbers are quick links which bring you to the company or invoice search page in the system. Most importantly, the report displays the new commission percent and amount, as well as any notes that were entered when the override was submitted.

The Commission Override Report simply shows data for commission records that have been overridden. The report is not where overrides are actually performed. To enter a commission override, you must edit a commission record from a sales rep’s Commission Report, and must also have the user permission ‘Override up to 6 Months’.
