Only Show Approved Hours
This configuration is specifically for project billing. On the Project Billing Report, it determines when the ‘Total Actual Hours’ show up. If the configuration is set to No, hours will appear in this column once a user has added them to a timesheet. If set to Yes, the hours will only show up here once the timesheet has been submitted and approved. The setting also influences the ‘Worked Hours’ column on the Billing tab of No-Contract Billable projects. If set to No, hours will appear in this column once a user has added them to a timesheet. If set to Yes, the hours will only show up once the timesheet has been submitted and approved.
