Report Search and Results

There are a few different ways to run the search depending on what results you are looking for. When you first navigate to the report, you will see a ‘Companies’ field, and at the top you will see ‘Past Due’ followed by different aging buckets such as 1-30 days, and 61-90 days. If you are hoping to generate statements for a specific company or small handful of specific companies, you can simply type the company names into the Companies field on this page and generate their statements by using the print or email option.

If, however, you are hoping to find all company statements based on aging, click on the different buckets at the top of the page. When clicked on, it will open a new page listing all the companies that fit into the aging bucket selected. Each company will show the company name, the primary rep, and any billing notes. By default, all companies that fit into the bucket will be displayed, but you can filter the results by using the search criteria at the top of the page and clicking Update List.

Note

The list on the 'In Collections’ bucket cannot be filtered.

  • Use the checkboxes to select the companies you wish to generate statements for, and then use the print or email selected buttons at the bottom of the page.

    • Before printing or emailing, you can also change how the statements appear by using the statement generation attributes. You can filter by transaction date range, can choose to show aging only or show all items, and can group the statements by order and item.

Note

If you choose the ‘Custom’ aging bucket from the main report page, you will need to enter an aging range, and then will be redirected to a page that looks and acts just like the normal aging bucket pages.
