Subscription Email Renewal
You can track the success of your subscription renewal emails using the Subscription Email Renewal Report. Every subscription email you send, automated or manual, will track your email statistics. These include opens, rejects, clicks, and renewals. You must use Mandrill as your SMPT service to view the statistics. The renewed statistics come from the customer renewing via the one-click-renewal link.
Before using this report, we recommend you have the following set up:

Report Search and Results
You can choose to view all results, or filter the report by email name, publication, email sent date range, or campaign. Every batch of emails is tracked with a campaign ID number. The report shows the number of sent emails, subscriptions renewed from the email, and the number of open/click/rejects for each campaign ID. By clicking on any of the numbers that are displayed as quick links, you will be redirected to the Subscription Search page. For instance, if you click on the renewed number, you will be redirected to the Subscription Search page and see all the subscriptions which are renewed from the email. If you click on the unopened number, you will see all the subscriptions and subscribers, that haven’t opened the email. You can then manually send a reminder from the Subscription Search page if desired.
