Shipping Report

The shipping report returns any order that is awaiting shipment or was shipped. You can find shipments based on status, shipping method, and sold date range.

You must have permission to view the Shipping Report. You can find the Shipping Report by going to Reports > Ecommerce and clicking on the Shipping Report.

The sold date filter will find any shipments on orders within the range.

The shipping method filter will allow you to find all shipments associated with your shipping methods. The report will return the following results:

  • Sold Date: The date the order was sold. An order could have multiple shipments.

  • Order Number: The order number associated with the shipment. You can click on the number to see the order details.

  • Status: A shipment is either awaiting shipment or shipped.

  • Carrier: Carrier associated with the selected shipping speed selected. You can set up your carriers in you EasyPost account.

  • Service: Shipped serviced tied to the shipping speed selected.

  • Method: List of the shipping methods available to your customers. You can set up your own shipping methods.

  • Gross Rate: The quantity of the product sold in the range multiplied by the price of the product.

  • Estimated Rate: The shipping rate your customer sees when entering their order.

  • Rate: The rate you are charged for shipping the items.
