Inventory Oversold Notifications to Sales Reps
Sales reps can receive an email notification when a new order is booked and it causes products on their pending order to no longer be available. You must enable this configuration under Settings > System Configurations > Sales - Email. Update the configuration to Yes.
The system will send the email to any rep that has a pending order with a slot product that is no longer available.
The rep will receive an email with a link to the order and listing the product that is no longer available.
Order can still be approved even if they will cause a product to become oversold.
