Create a Quick Print Order
You can enter a basic print order and have the payment processed in a few clicks. The order form only shows the required fields. You must have a valid payment processor enabled and a quick order invoice template on a contract template to use Quick Order.
You can create a quick order from plus icon on the main page, your contact widget, or from your call list.
Note
Quick orders are not available if GL classes are required on orders.
The contacts on the order will default to the company set up.
Note
You can’t adjust artwork or billing contact from the create quick order page, but you can edit an order to update the contacts after the order is completed.
The line item form limits you to choose a publication, rate card, size, color, issue(s), and any required order or line item attributes.
You can discount the total of the order by editing the discount amount.
You can use any payment method information saved on the company or add a new payment method
Once you submit the order, the system will create a new invoice and process the payment.
Warning
If the payment doesn’t process, the system will still create the invoice. You will need to process the payment later.
