The system can automatically send print artwork reminder emails to your customers based on the status of their ad ticket and the material date. You can setup three email templates for your reminders: high, medium, and low priority. The email can include a link to the ticket so the customer can upload material through the portal.

Determine how many days before an ad ticket’s material due date to send automated artwork reminders.  You can have multiple dates.  The system will send the high priority email on the date nearest the due date. The system will send the low priority template if you have more than three days in the field. For example, if you enter 45, 30, 15, 5, the system will send Low, Low, Medium, High.

When enabled, the system will send an email notification whenever an annotation is added to an image by a contact or a user. When a contact adds the annotation, the email will be sent to the user who uploaded the asset, and the ticket owner. If a user adds an annotation, the email will be sent to the artwork contact on the ticket.

The system will send an email to the ticket owner when a line item is updated. If there is no owner, the email will go to the rep. The email will list the changes made to the line item.

Enter the main email address you want notify for any production questions.  The production emails will display in your customer’s client center and can display in production email, which go out to your customer when materials are due.

Notifications will be sent to this email address when artwork is uploaded to the Artwork Gallery or a ticket in the Client Center.

Enter the email you want to be notified when a customer submits a pick-up request through client center.

Enter the email address you want notified when a design requires approval is submitted on a service ticket.

When set to Yes, if a file is uploaded in the Vendor Center to an Editorial Ticket, an automated email will be sent to the Editor of the Editorial to notify them of the file upload. By default, this configuration is set to No.

By default, all proof request emails are sent from the user who initiates the email action. However, if you would like all your proof request emails to appear as if they are being sent from the order rep, you can set this configuration to ‘Order Rep’, rather than ‘User’. When set to ‘Order Rep’, all proof request emails will appear to come from the order rep, regardless of which user sent the email.
