Job Ticket Service Metrics

The Job Ticket Service Metrics Report shows data about open, created, and closed service tickets over a period of time. The report displays information in two graphs and one table, each showing different information about your service ticket metrics.

Before using this report, we recommend you have the following set up:

Report Search and Results

You can choose to filter this report by reporting period date range and service type. The report will display the data in a few different formats.

  • Service Tickets Graph: The Service Tickets chart breaks down the number of tickets that were created, the number of tickets that were closed, and the total number of open tickets, over the selected period of time. By hovering over one of the data points, you can view the exact number of tickets as well as the date.

  • Open Tickets by Type: This pie chart displays the total number of open tickets based on service for the date range selected. The graph will function best when you have at least two service types selected in your search criteria. When hovering over one of the pie slices, you will be able to see the exact number of open tickets there are for that type.

  • Table: Underneath the two graphs, there is a table which displays the number of created and closed tickets by date. Dates will only show up in the table if there was either a ticket created or closed on that date.
