Lost Sales Report

The report shows orders and line items there were deleted and the reasons for the removal. You will also see the value of the lost deals. Use this report to keep track of lost deals and order. you can also schedule the report so you receive it daily, weekly, or monthly.

The data is shown in a table format, and will include information about the lost sale, such as rep, company, and sales value. It also shows the type of lost sale, including Order or Forecast, as well as the Lost Reason, and any comments entered by the rep.

Tip

You may wish to review your System Configuration ‘Provide Lost Sales Reason’. You can set the configuration to yes, no, or required. The configuration may affect the results of this report, as if you do not require a lost sales reason, you will likely see less comments and lost reasons in the report.
