Creating Activities
You can create different types of activities in the system. Each type of activity serves different purposes and is tracked in different ways. We will go over all the different types, how they are created, and where you can find them in the system.
Before creating activities, you should set up your activity categories. Activity categories can help to organize your different sales efforts. Every activity requires one.
You also should set up your Agenda, Calendar, and Widgets on your Dashboard to help keep track of all your past and future activities.
With everything ready to go, you can start adding new activities.

You can choose to associate an activity created for an agency contact with a customer's account. You have the control to determine which customer's account should show the activity. You can attach an activity to an customer if the agency contact is an artwork contact, billing contact, or additional agency contact for the customer.
