To get results for this report, you simply need to choose a commission year. You can, however, choose to filter the results to find records by month, user, publication, or product category. By default, the report will be shown in a summary view, which will show results by rep, and includes their commission totals for each month searched. To view a rep’s specific commission data for a certain month, click on the value in that month’s column.

When viewing a particular month for a sales rep’s commissions, you will see a breakdown of each commissionable item. Each commission record will show data about the item, including items such as company, order ID, item, invoice ID, and cash due. Both the company name and invoice IDs are quick links which bring you to either the company’s page in the system or the invoice search page. The table also shows relevant commission information, such as rep split % and commission plan.
