Mandrill Verified Domain Authentication
When you log into the Mandrill app, any of your previously verified domains will show like this:
They will have highlighted any previous domains as ‘Legacy Authenticated’. However those will no longer work as of Feb 14, 2024.
To fix the issue will require that the owners of the domains have access to their DNS records. These were the same records that were updated when they initially verified the domain.
The first task will be to re-verified the DKIM records, which will no longer be ok as a single TXT record. It will require two new CNAME records. For instance the following is what it is for the maghub.com domain:
This will need to be done for each domain that will be used to send emails.
Once that has been verified, you will see a new DKIM validation and a link under the DMARC record:
Click on the View Details under the DMARC error and you will see something like this:
Upon completing that setup and validating the DNS entry you should be able to have fully verified domains.
