Client Center
The Client Center provides a way for your Advertising and Agency clients to interact with you via a portal. Your clients can sign contracts, upload artwork, approve proofs, view tearsheets, pay for invoices, and view statements all within a single portal. Permission settings allow for different contacts to see and interact with different Client Center Elements. To view full Client Center capabilities, the Contact must login. That said, Orders can be signed, Proofs can be approved, and Invoices can be paid without logging in via a unique link. Before you get started, view the document below to fully understand the Client Center capabilities and flexibility:
Enter a URL in the configuration setting so your contacts can view the details from the Artwork Tab in Client Center. Each URL will display in the Media Guidelines section of Client Center. The contact can click on the link to view the details. You can add up to seven different URLs. The link text in Client Center is based on the configuration name. Nothing will display in Client Center if you leave the field blank.
