Grouping and Packages

Present your orders in a neat and orderly manner, by consolidating line items into a group or package. Groups and packages help your sales team present product pricing to their customers exactly how they want to a customer. There are three ways to organize your line items: Display Group, Ad Hoc Groups, and Packages. Each type serves a purpose and must be set up on your templates to properly show to customers. You are able to set up the following on your templates.

  • Add Group and Package elements to your templates.

  • Choose how you want pricing to display for customers.

  • Bill customers for each item or for the entire group.

  • Use package to make a pre-assembled product mix for ease of use entry.

  • Give users ability to make their own mixes and presentation with Ad Hoc Grouping.
