Manage your Orders
Your orders can be managed easily through the Client Center.
When you first log in to your Client Center account, you will see a notification on your home screen if you have any order requiring your approval.
You can get to your orders multiple ways. You can either click on a specific order number or the 'View Orders' button in the Orders tile on your home page. Or, you can use the left-hand menu to click on 'Orders' to view all of your orders.
On the Orders page, you can narrow down the orders that display in the table if needed. You can filter orders by the date received, or by their status: approval needed (you need to approve the order), approved (order is ready to go), pending review (we need to finalize the order).
The arrow icons to the left of each order number can be clicked on to expand the line item details for that order. You'll see different tables for different product types, if there are multiple product types on an order. In each table, there will be different information about the products.
The ellipses icon (...) for a line item can be clicked on to perform actions on the line item, such as uploading artwork, or viewing analytics.
To approve an order or view the PDF, click on the order number.
The first step of the approval process simply displays the order PDF. Click Approve Order below the PDF, or click 'Approve' on the left side of the PDF to continue to the next step.
On the Approve step, you'll be required to enter information, including your name, title, and signature. You can also enter optional notes here if desired.
Some orders may require pre-pay. If that is the case, you'll see an additional 'Pay' step before the order can be approved. On the Pay step, you can enter new payment information, or choose from any of your saved payment methods.
Once you have finished either the 'Approve' step or the 'Pay' step, depending on the requirements of the order, your order will be approved. The final 'Confirmation' page will display a message that you approved the order successfully.
