To run the report, you simply need to select a month and year. You also have the choice of including or excluding reps that do not have any activity records or goals from your results by checking or unchecking the Hide empty records option. There are two different ways the results will display, depending on whether you search for an individual rep, or all reps.

When the report is run for all reps, the table will display the actual activities performed, the rep’s goal amount, and how close the rep is to achieving their goal, broken down by activity and rep. Both the actual activities recorded, and the goal amount for each rep are determined by the month selected in the search fields.

When the report is run for an individual rep, the table columns and data will be the same as when the report is run for all reps. However, the rows of the table will not be the rep’s name – instead they will be each day of the month selected in the search fields. This provides you with a daily view of a rep’s activities, whereas searching all reps provides you with a month overview.
