Notifications of Account Assignments
Your users will get an email notification when they are assigned to a new company by another user. The email will automatically get sent when a user assigns another user as a primary or additional rep to a company.
The email will include a link to the company if they are assigned to only one company.
The email can be triggered from the Company Search results page. If the user is assigned multiple accounts from the company search, they will receive an email with the number of accounts they were assigned.
The email can be triggered from the Perform an Action drop-down, the edit icon in the Sales Rep box on the Company Overview page, the Approval Queue widget, or from the Sales Rep Assignments report.
