Digital Media

Customize the digital media aspects of your business. Digital Media items are all time based sales. You can sell by impressions or a flat fee. Digital Media products include tickets that support multiple asset sizes and ways to manage what ad is currently running on a website or newsletter.

Each type of product has specific pros and cons; they were designed to help an ad operations team support a different type of digital property

Creating and Editing Digital Media Products

To manage your digital media products, you’ll need to go to Settings > Products, and click on the desired page (Impression Products, Slot Products, etc.). To access any of these pages, you need the user permission ‘Slot, Impression, Reserved & Targeted Display Products.’

On each digital media product page, you’ll be able to perform searches to find specific items, as well as add new products and edit your existing items. From each search, you can export the results or generate a PDF, as well as perform bulk actions. To do bulk actions on the searches, you’ll need to use the checkboxes to select the items you wish to update. Then click on the Update Selected Products button. In the popup, you will be able to perform various actions on the selected products, including changing the price, adding users to be notified of product changes, and updating the ad specs.

  • If your internal configuration ‘Add placements, channels, and sizes directly to digital media products’ is enabled, you’ll also be able to add ad sizes to products in bulk. You will not see this option if that configuration is disabled. Contact the support team to turn this configuration on or off.
