Gives a user access to the “dashboard” or home screen. This is what they will see when they log into the system.
- User Directory
Gives a user access to the user directory, which lists employees' names, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Announcements
Give the user access to create new announcements.
- Change Message of the Day
Gives a user the ability to change the message of the day. This message displays on the dashboard for every user.
- Document Manager
Allows a user to upload files to the document manager and download files that others have uploaded. These files will be accessible by others in the site, and can be attached to outgoing contracts and invoices.
- Delete Any File
Allows a user to delete any file uploaded to the document manager. Without this permission, users can only delete files that they uploaded.
- View All Opportunities
Gives a user the ability to see all forecasting opportunities in the sales center, regardless of opportunity owner. Also gives a user the ability to see all forecasting opportunities in the Forecast Detail Report.
- Help Center Updates
Allows a user to add and edit documents and folders on the Home > Help Center Documents page.
Allow users to view the company scorecard statistics.
- Edit All User Scorecard Entries
Allow user to add entries to the company scorecard. A user must have the ability to View the Scorecard in order to edit the entries.
