Recurring Orders Report
The report shows information for all recurring orders in your system, whether they are recurring at the order level or the line-item level. Depending on your Display Fields and search criteria entered, you can find information about the recurring item such as contact and company, the recurrence period, and billing info.
To access this report, you need the User Permission 'Recurring Orders Report'.
You can use the search fields to narrow down your report results. There are search options such as order number, probability, ad size, and recurrence period, which allow you to find results as specific as you need.
The Product Subscription dropdown is specifically for service products set up as subscription-based. For more information about subscription-based services, click here.
Depending on your Display Fields, the table will display information about each recurring or recurred item, such as order number, service or ad item, as well as billing info like net and recognized amounts.
The Recurred column shows whether or not the order or line item has already been recurred, or if it is set to recur.
The Recur Period column shows the time interval for the recurrence. This column is what distinguishes a recurred line item from an order. Any line items will have ‘line’ in parenthesis next to the recurrence period. Any items that do not have ‘line’ next to the recurrence period are recurred at the order level.
The Subscription Start, Subscription End, and Recipient(s) columns all show information for subscription-based service products. These fields are not applicable for other recurring line items or orders.
Depending on your permissions, you may see a trash can icon next to your recurring subscription-based service items in the report. Subscription-based services can be cancelled by using this trash can icon if the end date is in the future.
