  • Find your Sales Rep Goal Metrics report under Sales > Reports > Sales Rep Goal Metrics.

  • Use the edit display fields to set up how you want your report to display. The month uses the reporting date of your issues and the bill date of your services to calculate your sales values.

  • For example, if you select January, the system will show all issues with a reporting date in January and services with a bill date in January.

  • There are multiple filters and settings on the report you can leverage:

    • Month and Year : The month uses the reporting date of your issues and the bill date of your services to calculate your sales values. For example, if you select January, the system will show all issues with a reporting date in January and services with a bill date in January.
