Agency Contacts on a Company
You can add multiple agency contacts to a company. A company could have agency contacts from multiple agencies. These contacts can then be added to the company's orders. Agency contacts who are the billing or artwork contact for the company can also login to the client center and review the company's information.
To add agency contacts to a company, you need to go to step two of the company add/edit process. Before you can associate the agency contacts, you first need to add the agency(s) to the company.
Once the agency(s) is associated with the company, you can add as many additional contacts from the agency as your heart desires.
You can only have one billing or artwork contact tied to the company. You can always override the main person at the order level if needed, but the role is important to determine if the contact can login and see the billing information or artwork information for the company. Only one agency contact can view these details for the company.
Any additional contacts are visible on the Contact's tab of the Company page so you can find out who at the agency is relevant for the company. Also, these additional contacts can be tied to orders by overriding the company default contacts during order entry.
When viewing an agency, you will also see on the Contacts tab which contacts are tied to what companies.
