Updating Auto-Renew Status on a Subscription
You or your subscriber can update a subscription's auto-renew status. If a plan has an auto-renew status, the system will set the subscription to auto-renew by default. A new subscription will have the auto-renew status of the plan.
Navigate to Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Using the various search options, find the subscriptions you are looking for.
If the plan is set to auto-renew, the subscription will get default to auto-renew.
A user can edit a subscription and change the default status without changing the plan.
A subscriber can also login to their portal and turn off a subscription from auto-renewing.
You can find all subscriptions set to auto renew by using the subscription search.
