Notify a User of an Activity

There is a field on the activity to notify users.  You can only add names to the activity that belong to an active user.  The user will get an email letting them know of the activity.

  • You will find the notify users input on all activity types: Calls, To-Dos, Appointments, Emails, Files, and Notes.

  • Start typing a user’s name into the Notify User field. You can add multiple users to the field.

  • The notified user will get an email notifying them of the activity.  They will not have to complete any actions.
