Managing Client Center Set Up and Permissions
You can control what customers have access to areas of client center and the actions they can take. You can also give your customers admin permission so they can choose which of their employees have access to the client center.
To edit a contact's client center permissions, go to their contact overview page. Then, click on the edit permissions action in the client center information section.
Read below to learn about what each of the permissions do.
Administration: This permission grants a contact access to the ‘Admin’ section of the client center, where they can see a list of users associated with their company, including some basic information about each user. The permission does not grant access to make any changes to these users.
Edit Permissions: Allow the contact to change permissions for their company contacts. You should only give this to one person on a company. Contacts with this permission can change what other contacts at their company can access within the client center.

Upload Digital Media: Allows a contact to upload unassigned artwork to their galleries, as well as upload and assign artwork to specific digital media tickets in the client center.

Invoices: Gives a contact access to view all of their company’s invoices.
Make Payments: In order to actually pay invoices within the client center, the contact will need this sub-permission. Otherwise, the invoices will be view-only.

Orders: Grants a contact access to view their orders within the client center.
