Notice
You can choose to view the order with a specified date range. The range can’t be greater than 365 days.
There are two main tables displayed in the body of the report: Confirmed Sales and Contract Sales. Confirmed Sales are any sales that have reached the 100% approval level, whereas Contract Sales include pending items. The tables will show the sales made in a handful of categories, such as Ad, Service, Subscription, etc., for each day in the date range searched, as well as showing daily totals. Under each of the main tables, you may also choose to display Issue Detail, Rep Detail, or Company Detail tables.
Confirmed Sales: Shows all orders based on the date the order becomes 100% confirmed; this happens after the order is financed approved by a user or automatically by the system;
Contract Sales: Shows pending orders based on the Sales Date and 100% orders based on financed approved date. The Contract Sales amounts will likely be higher than your Confirmed Sales. Contract Sales numbers will change once an order is Financed Approved. For example, you could see an order for $5,000 on Monday in Contract Sales. If the order is finance approved on Wednesday, You will see $5,000 in Contract and Confirmed sales on Friday; it will no longer show up on Monday.
The detail tables are formatted in the same way as the main tables, where sales are broken down per day, but instead of categories as the rows of data, the tables will display specific Issues, Reps, or Companies. This format allows you to see daily sales both in a summary view, and in a detailed view by further breaking down the data into Issue, Rep, or Company for both Confirmed and Contract Sales.
