Turning this setting to Yes will allow your users the ability to create and sell Impression Digital Media Products in your instance. These digital media products are impression and time-based. For example, a leaderboard ad for 10,000 impressions delivered over 45 days.

Turning this setting to Yes will allow your users the ability to create and sell Targeted Display Digital Media Products in your instance. These digital media items are time-based products sold at a fixed rate. For example, a banner ad for 60 days at a rate of $3,000.

Turning this setting to Yes will allow your users the ability to create and sell Slot Digital Media Products in your instance. Slot products are digital media items sold to a unique time/day slot at a fixed price. For example, an ad-supported newsletter allows for three banner ads to be sold per day M-F.

Turning this setting to Yes will allow your users the ability to create and sell Reserved Digital Media Products in your instance. Reserved digital media products are fixed price products sold within a date range to be scheduled later. This configuration also enables the use of the Reserved Product Scheduler, and Reserved Product Inventory Groups.

You can choose to count pending orders for your digital media inventory management. For example, when this configuration is enabled, if you have 1 slot sold for 11/20 on an order waiting for approval, another user won’t have the ability to enter another order for that slot on the same date. If you don’t count pending sale items against inventory, users could have multiple orders for the slot product on 11/20, until one of the orders gets fully approved. This configuration only applies to digital media products, it does not affect print or digital advertisements.

Choose whether or not to make Rate Card a required field on all digital media product sales. If this configuration is set to No, the Rate Card field will be optional.

You can choose to make the Channel field required on all impression product sales. Make sure to have at least one channel associated with your impression products before enabling this feature.

This configuration will also affect your inventory tracking if you are syncing your impression products with Google Ad Manager. When enabled, the system will use the Google Ad Manager to check and book inventory instead of the placement.
