Creating Master Tickets

You can group tickets to create a master ticket. A master ticket is a great way to keep track of an order with multiple insertions with the same ad asset. For example, if an advertiser’s plan is to run the same advertisement for 6 months, you can group the tickets, upload the ad once, and you are done.

  • Tickets can be grouped on orders that are fully approved. To group tickets, go to a company's Orders tab.

  • On the Orders tab, scroll down to the Signed orders table, and click on the ellipses icon for the desired order. Click the 'Ticket Groups' action.

  • You will then choose which tickets to group together. You can either create new groups, or add to existing groups. Groups are restricted by product type, meaning you can only group impression tickets with other impression tickets, for instance.

  • When tickets are grouped together any changes to one ticket will apply to all the other tickets in the group. This includes assigning the tickets to a user, making status updates, and uploading files.

  • If you add an image to one ticket, it will show on all the tickets.

  • You can always break-up the group if needed. This can be done on an individual ticket basis by reopening the 'Ticket Groups' action, and clicking the 'x' icons next to the ticket number. Or, you can use the 'Bulk Un-group Tickets' action that is visible on orders with ticket groups. In the un-group popup, select which tickets to remove from the group, and click save. This action is also available on the Ticket Details pages for grouped tickets in the Action dropdown menu.
