Assigning Tickets Automatically Based on Company

You can automatically assign tickets to users by company if it’s needed. This means any and all tickets that are sold to this company will default to the assigned user.

  • Navigate to a company’s overview page in the system, and edit the record. On the second edit page, ‘Additional Info’, you’ll see a text field called Ticket Assignment.

  • When you enter a user in this text field, the user will be notified of and assigned to all tickets created for the company.

Note

The company level ticket assignment will override all other ticket assignments in the system, including system configuration defaults, as well as publication and product level assignments.
