Assigning Tickets Automatically Based on System Configurations
You can assign tickets to users automatically by using your system configurations if needed.
Navigate to Settings > System Configurations – Operations – Production. Here, you will see three relevant configurations: Default Ad ticket assignment, Default Digital ticket assignment, and Default Editorial ticket assignment.
In all three fields, you will need to enter the email address of the user you wish to be assigned to that ticket type by default. This will be a system-wide setting.
The user entered in the field will be notified and assigned to any ad tickets, digital ad tickets (this includes digital media), or editorial tickets depending on which field you added them to.
Note
The system configurations are the ‘base’ setting for ticket assignments. If you choose to assign users based on publications, products, or companies, those assignments will override the system configuration default.
