Assign Tickets in Bulk to a User
You can assign tickets in bulk to a user. You can complete this action from the ticket search. You can bulk assign Ad, Support, Digital Media, Editorial & Support tickets. The user will get an email telling them how many tickets they were assigned and a link to view a list of the assigned tickets.
You can bulk assign tickets from Production > Tickets > Search Tickets.
You can bulk assign any ticket, but you can’t assign different ticket types at the same time, i.e. you can’t assign someone 11 ad tickets, 23 service tickets, 5 editorial tickets, and 8 support tickets in one action.
Select the tickets you want to assign to a user by clicking on the checkboxes next to the ticket.
You will then have multiple actions to choose from, including the ability to assign tickets. The user will get an email notifying them of the newly assigned tickets.
