Assign Tickets in Bulk to a User

You can assign tickets in bulk to a user.  You can complete this action from the ticket search.  You can bulk assign Ad, Support, Digital Media, Editorial & Support tickets.  The user will get an email telling them how many tickets they were assigned and a link to view a list of the assigned tickets.

  • You can bulk assign tickets from Production > Tickets > Search Tickets.

  • You can bulk assign any ticket, but you can’t assign different ticket types at the same time, i.e. you can’t assign someone 11 ad tickets, 23 service tickets, 5 editorial tickets, and 8 support tickets in one action.

  • Select the tickets you want to assign to a user by clicking on the checkboxes next to the ticket.

  • You will then have multiple actions to choose from, including the ability to assign tickets. The user will get an email notifying them of the newly assigned tickets.
