Update a Ticket Contact
You can update the artwork or material contact on an individual ticket in cases where you need to notify someone at the company of upcoming artwork who isn't the order artwork contact. You can only select a contact that is on a company associated with an order
To edit an artwork contact on a ticket, go to the ticket details page.
Click on the pencil icon next to the ticket contact's name, and select your new contact. If you don't see this icon, instead click on the Edit Ticket action, and change the contact in the popup.
You can select from a contact on a company tied to the order. This could be a contact from the advertiser, agency, or parent company.
The new contact will show up in reports and receive all reminder notification, along with any other user set to receive artwork notifications.
If editing the artwork contact on the order level, you may be asked if you wish to also update the ticket level artwork contacts. This message will be shown if there are future line items on the order, and allows you to reassign the ticket artwork contact in bulk for future tickets on that order.
Tip
There is no order level material contact for Delivery Solution products. However, if you wish to bulk update the ticket material contact for all Delivery Solution line items on an order, this can also be done from the Edit Order popup.
