Release 15.5
March 12, 2025
New
New Rep Signature Options
Two new system configurations were added this release that add new options for your rep signatures on orders.
The new Display Rep Signature on Contracts at Finance Approval system configuration gives you control over when the order rep's signature appears on the contract PDF. By default, the rep's signature will automatically show on the contract when the order is Publisher approved. If you change this new configuration to 'Yes', then the rep signature will not display until the order is Finance approved.
By default, the rep signature that is shown on contracts is the order rep. If the new system configuration Display Manager's Signature on Contracts Instead of Rep is changed to 'Yes', then if the order rep has a manager (a user set in their ‘Reports To’ field), the manager’s signature will be used in place of the order rep’s signature.
Discount Column on Orders
On the Products tab of creating an order, there is a new 'Discounts' column which will display all discounts applied to each line item.
New Get Ticket Status History API Endpoint
A new GET Ticket Status History API Endpoint has been added to the system this release. By default, the endpoint will return the ticket's current status. If the include status history field is set to 1, then the full ticket status history will be included in the response.
Improvements
Aging Detail Report Updates
A new multi-select search field and display field 'Line Item Rep', has been added to the Aging Detail Report. When used, the filter will find any invoices where the selected user(s) is a line item rep.

HubSpot Improvements
A new Contact Push Criteria setting for 'All New Contacts & Companies' has been added on the HubSpot setup page. When set, any new contact or company created in Ad Orbit will automatically be pushed to HubSpot.
