Release 13.3 - October 13, 2023
New
Google Drive Integration
A brand new Google Drive integration was added this release. The setup and functionality is nearly identical to our existing Dropbox integration.
To set up the integration, go to Settings > Integrations > File Sharing Accounts. Here, you can connect to a Google Drive account, and set up your base folder.
Once connected, files will be brought to your Google Drive account with a structure and hierarchy based on your aliases and system configurations.
You can your individual Drive with the integration, or Shared Folders.
Improvements
Material Reminders for Delivery Solution Services
This release, we added multiple new email templates for our Delivery Solution service items, including automated reminders, manually generated emails, and grouped reminders.
Along with this change, we also added a 'Reminder Offset (Days)' field to Delivery Solution products, that when set will prompt the system to send an automated reminder email. If the field is left blank, no automated reminders will be sent for the product, but you can still send manual reminders from the Service Production Report if needed.
Service Product Improvements
This release we made a couple of improvements for our service products.
On the add/edit line item popup for Delivery Solution services, you'll no longer see the 'Name' field, the Billing Date, Billing Group, or Prepay fields, as none of those are applicable for the product type.
For all service products, on the product setup page, there is a new 'Available Publications' field. When publications are selected there, only those pubs will be available to select in the Publication dropdown when adding or editing a line item for that product.
A new 'Internal Notes' field has been added for service line items.
Autodraft Updates
Multiple updates were made to our Autodraft feature this release.
You can now add more than 300 contacts to an Autodraft list.
There's a new user permission 'Manage Others Autodrafts' that allows users to create and manage Autodrafts for other users in their system, not just their own.
Astro is now creating smarter email subject lines, based on the content of the email.
Contacts with duplicate emails can no longer be included in the same Autodraft.
Astro now follows the 'length' specified for the Autodraft.
Other Improvements
The arrows have been removed from each field on the Sales Goals setup page. The arrows were reducing the size of the number entry box and making it difficult to read what number was in the field. The goals can still be changed by typing the desired numbers.
A few color updates were made this release throughout the main site as well as the customer portals, to make the Ad Orbit branding consistent.
A new option for Date-Only FTP file formats has been added this release. When the system configuration FTP Export Date File Name Format is set to Y-m-d rather than the default of Y-m-d-H-i-s, exported files will be named based on the date alone and not include a timestamp. When the configuration is set up this way, exports cannot be manually generated.
Contact lists can now be exported incrementally, meaning only new contacts or updated contacts will be included in the exports, rather than every contact in the list. To turn on this option, set the system configuration Incremental Contact List Exports to yes. This is only applicable if you do not use the Omeda integration.
You can now use the Subscription Importer to import the new medium types, including Newsletters and Marketing Lists.
New API endpoints have been added for the new subscription medium types, including Newsletters and Marketing Lists.
Products can now be swapped even if they have been invoiced, whereas previously this was restricted. If you are swapping a product that has been invoiced, the line item amount of the new item must match the previous item exactly. You can also only swap an invoiced item for one other item, we do not support multi-item swapping for invoiced items.
The area you can select for items with checkboxes has been made smaller, which will help prevent accidental clicks.
The Switch User popup now sorts users alphabetically by first name rather than last name.
A search field has been added to each drag-and-drop template search page. These are pages such as the Contract Template setup page, Invoice Templates, Cart Order Templates, etc.
You can now connect SendMyAd publications without any existing issues to Ad Orbit publications.
Impression inventory is now shown on a partial-month basis in the line item popup as well as on the Impression Inventory Report. All sold and available numbers will represent the actual date range searched, rather than always displaying the whole month.
A publication column has been added to the Service Item and Ad Hoc Group elements on contract and invoice templates.
When the Omeda integration is enabled, we now track subscription history changes as well as email address changes from Omeda imports.
A 'deliverable' search and display field has been added to the Subscription search page.
A Brand filter has been added to the Invoice Search page.
The table header can now be hidden on the Service Item table on contracts.
Tickets can now be marked as done on an individual basis from the Consolidated Production and Consolidated Snapshot reports.
We've updated the date selector on a few of our reports.
Mail merges can now be scheduled to be sent within a particular window of time.
The SendMyAd URL merge tag has been added to digital media artwork reminders.
If using QuickBooks Desktop, rather than QuickBooks Online, you can now choose to use the publication code when exporting to QuickBooks for the GL Class.

The Summary (Agency Discount) element on contracts is not correctly including agency discounts set on digital media items.

At this point in time, we have stopped the bug from continuing to happen, and we believe we have corrected any data that needed to be fixed because of the bug. If you notice any rep assignments that do not seem correct to you, please reach out to our support team and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
An error when creating service, impression, and slot line items has been fixed.
When editing a Delivery Solution ticket that has been deleted, you'll now receive a more clear message as to why it can't be edited.
